Your Responsibilities
- Strategic value preservation of real estate
- Ensure the availability of technical equipment
- Sustainable creation, coordination, support, and monitoring of maintenance plans
- Supervise and support the fleet management
- Organization and coordination of cleaning
- Responsible for physical access control and space planning based on requirements
- Handle inventory management
- Coordinate the team’s activities, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective task allocation
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Technical high school diploma
- Previous work experience in the role or in similar positions
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
- Understanding of building regulations and real estate taxation
- Ability to manage budgets and maintain supplier relationships
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in English, Italian and/or German
