We are looking for a Facility Manager who ensures the operational reliability, safety and efficiency of Alpitronic’s buildings and technical infrastructure. The role translates functional requirements into structured maintenance strategies, compliant service processes and optimized space and asset utilization, driving continuous improvement across facilities, fleet and workplace operations while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic value preservation of real estate
  • Ensure the availability of technical equipment
  • Sustainable creation, coordination, support, and monitoring of maintenance plans
  • Supervise and support the fleet management
  • Organization and coordination of cleaning
  • Responsible for physical access control and space planning based on requirements
  • Handle inventory management
  • Coordinate the team’s activities, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective task allocation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Technical high school diploma
  • Previous work experience in the role or in similar positions
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
  • Understanding of building regulations and real estate taxation
  • Ability to manage budgets and maintain supplier relationships
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in English, Italian and/or German
