Facility & Maintenance Specialist
DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Maintenance & Facility Specialist to join our Central Team, supporting the Facility Manager in overseeing maintenance and technical operations across our logistics sites in Italy.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical support to sites and monitor maintenance activities
- Coordinate national suppliers and framework maintenance contracts
- Oversee critical systems (electrical, HVAC, fire prevention, security)
- Track KPIs, compliance and technical documentation
- Contribute to improvement projects, energy efficiency initiatives and new site openings
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance in Logistic/Supply Chain or Manufacturing Industry
- Strong coordination skills and multi-site mindset
- Good knowledge of technical drawing and design (AutoCad, etc)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex scenarios
- Fluent in English
