What This Job Involves

The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact on site responsible for facilities management, assisting the Senior FM or Regional Manager with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction at our Pratica di Mare and Aprilia locations.

What is your day to day?

• Represent the FM function on site and be a point of contact for the client in case of questions
• Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the rest of the Facility Management Team and the client
• Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client
• Assist with the development and management of the facilities budgets for the buildings and grounds in your scope, by interfacing closely with the client representative
• Manage the delivery of the facility services (both hard and soft) through in-house or outsourced teams
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, communications and needs of corporate tenant areas
• Regularly review performance of own and outsourced teams through KPI management and governance

Desired Experience And Technical Skills

Required

• Minimum of 6 years industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
• Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint
• Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems
• Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary
• Critical environment/lab experience

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or similar through experience
• Knowledge of life sciences industry, office and/or manufacturing facilities
• Oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions.

La figura di Facility Manager sarà il punto di contatto unico in loco responsabile della gestione degli impianti, assistendo Senior FM o Regional Manager nella fornitura di servizi di facility management di qualità. Questo ruolo coordinerà e gestirà i requisiti degli inquilini e l'erogazione dei servizi per garantire la soddisfazione presso le nostre sedi di Pratica di Mare e Aprilia.

Come sarà la tua giornata tipo?

• Rappresentare la funzione FM in loco ed essere un punto di contatto per la clientela in caso di domande
• Sviluppare e implementare programmi, processi e procedure innovative che riducano i costi operativi a breve e lungo termine e aumentino la produttività lavorando a stretto contatto con il resto del Team di Facility Management e con la clientela
• Supervisionare l'appropriato reporting mensile/trimestrale/annuale per la clientela
• Assistere nello sviluppo e nella gestione dei budget delle strutture per gli edifici e i terreni di competenza, interfacciandosi strettamente con la rappresentanza della clientela
• Gestire l'erogazione dei servizi di facility (sia hard che soft) attraverso team interni o in outsourcing
• Garantire il funzionamento quotidiano, la comunicazione e le esigenze delle aree inquilini aziendali
• Rivedere regolarmente le performance dei propri team e di quelli in outsourcing attraverso la gestione dei KPI e la governance

Esperienza desiderata e competenze tecniche

Richiesto

• Minimo 6 anni di esperienza nel settore in ambiente aziendale, fornitore di servizi terzi o come consulente
• Forti capacità organizzative e di gestione all'interno di organizzazioni a matrice; supervisione sia del personale tecnico che amministrativo
• Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta
• Forti capacità di presentazione
• Competenza in MS Office e MS SharePoint
• Competenza informatica in sistemi CMMS/Work Order
• Supervisionare le performance dei fornitori durante l'orario normale e fuori orario, inclusi i weekend quando necessario
• Esperienza in ambienti critici/laboratori

Preferibile

• Laurea in Facility Management o equivalente attraverso l'esperienza
• Conoscenza dell'industria delle scienze della vita, strutture per uffici e/o manifatturiere
• Supervisione di più strutture con funzioni diverse.
