About the Role
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI's/SLA's upholding CBRE's RISE values
- Manage day-to-day operations of site under supervision of Facilities Manager
- Manage ticketing for maintenance (preventive and corrective) using SI7
- Coordinate client performance reviews against output on a monthly basis
- Provide professional advice to client on FM matters associated with the site(s)
- Responsible for adherence to business controls and CBRE processes and procedures
- Manage suppliers who support the site(s) and establish contracts and POs
- Ensure opportunities for additional works are identified and documented for revenue generation for company
- Strong team player with a passionate customer service focus
- Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at site(s) within remit
- Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or higher in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or related field)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of technical systems, maintenance procedures, and operational workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices
