About the Role

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI's/SLA's upholding CBRE's RISE values
  • Manage day-to-day operations of site under supervision of Facilities Manager
  • Manage ticketing for maintenance (preventive and corrective) using SI7
  • Coordinate client performance reviews against output on a monthly basis
  • Provide professional advice to client on FM matters associated with the site(s)
  • Responsible for adherence to business controls and CBRE processes and procedures
  • Manage suppliers who support the site(s) and establish contracts and POs
  • Ensure opportunities for additional works are identified and documented for revenue generation for company
  • Strong team player with a passionate customer service focus
  • Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at site(s) within remit
  • Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or higher in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or related field)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of technical systems, maintenance procedures, and operational workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking tools
  • Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and analytical mindset
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices
