As we expand our global digital footprint, we’re looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Manager / Specialist to join our remote team and help bring the On experience to runners, explorers, and visionaries around the world.
Why This Role MattersThe Facebook Ads Manager / Specialist will play a key role in shaping how people experience On’s story online. Beyond performance marketing, this role is about creating meaningful digital moments — reaching the right audiences, inspiring engagement, and turning awareness into long-term loyalty.
You’ll be responsible for driving growth through data-driven advertising strategies while maintaining On’s commitment to premium storytelling and brand authenticity. Every campaign you craft will help someone, somewhere, take their next step — faster, lighter, and freer.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across multiple markets to meet acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Develop audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to improve performance and relevance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ads reflect the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Stay current with Meta’s policies, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Manage budgets responsibly to ensure efficiency, profitability, and consistent scaling.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite).
- Deep understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR , and funnel optimization principles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Pixel setup, Conversion API, and performance tracking tools .
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable in a remote work environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in e-commerce, sportswear, or performance-driven lifestyle brands .
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, or creative testing methodologies .
- Understanding of consumer behavior and ad psychology .
- Experience working with international or cross-functional teams.
