ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Fabric Platform Specialist with strong expertise to join our team.

This role requires a versatile professional capable of supporting MSC’s Global Fabric and Business Intelligence (BI) Platform by troubleshooting issues across technologies such as Fabric, Power BI, SSAS, ADF, and Azure platform while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Mandatory

• Azure Expertise: Hands‑on experience with some Azure services, such as ADF, Synapse, Data Lake, Azure Analysis Services, Fabric, Event Hub, Stream
• T‑SQL Proficiency: Solid T‑SQL skills for complex query, optimization, and data manipulation
• ETL: Extensive experience with ETL tools (Fabric, ADF, SSIS, Dataflows, or similar)
• Tabular and Power BI Datasets: Hands‑on experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing tabular models and large Power BI datasets
• Power BI Services Management: Familiarity with Power BI Service administration, including gateway management and Premium workspace setup.
• Change Data Capture (CDC): Knowledge of SQL Server Change Data Capture to manage real‑time data changes and synchronizations.
• CI/CD and DevOps Integration: Experience with CI/CD, including code management and configuration tools like GitHub.
