Our production plants are in Pescara and Campochiaro in Italy, in Porto, Portugal and in Gebze, Turkey.

Posizione

We are looking for a talented Product Design Scientist (Intern) to join our Technology Innovation Department within the Business Campus in Spoltore (PE), Italy.

You will have the opportunity to support our researchers in the design, development and qualification of new technologies, contributing across multiple touchpoints such as laboratory testing, material and formula characterization, prototyping, and technical documentation.

Your contribution will help shape the next generation of superior, sustainable and consumer‑relevant technologies across our categories.

Activities

• In‑depth understanding of the test methods used to evaluate hard surface cleaners and of the chemical–physical phenomena that determine their results;
• In‑depth understanding of the mechanisms of action and performance of hard surface cleaners under different experimental conditions;
• Formulation of prototypes capable of significantly improving current performance;
• Formulation of prototypes capable of significantly reducing current CO₂ emissions;
• Formulation of prototypes capable of significantly improving current costs;
• Extension of findings to other product types, if compatible with different chemistry;
• Final qualification of the product in accordance with official tests and disaster checks.

Requisiti / Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or related fields;
• Digital skills;
• Statistical data analysis skills;
• Soft skills: creativity, consumer‑centric mindset;
• Good knowledge of English.
