FA Italy Territory Account Manager SIS

As Territory Account Manager you will drive SIS sales in Nord Est for Datalogic, engaging partners and direct customers to close projects and win new business. You will build and maintain relationships, manage contracts and forecasts, and coordinate with the Technical Community for SPRs. The role involves significant travel and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to hit sales targets and shape the Italian SIS market. This is a hands‑on, growth‑focused position in a dynamic industrial automation environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Sell Stationary Industrial Scanner (SIS) in the defined Italian Nord Est area (Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia) after training
• Maintain and grow the current customer base while acquiring new customers and partners
• Build long‑term relationships and promote SIS products to new clients
• Achieve defined sales targets for the territory
• Manage contracts, benefit packages, account plans, visits, price exceptions, forecasts, KPIs
• Identify SPR needs with the Datalogic Technical Community
• Contribute to sales strategy development and prepare customer presentations
• Travel up to 60% of the time

Responsabilità

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical or related field
• Italian fluency (oral and written) and English preferred
• 3–5 years’ sales experience in Industrial Automation, preferably SIS, sensors, and safety
• Experience with major industrial automation brands or distributors and a background in competitive environments
