Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is recruiting a F&B Support expert/Commis de rang.
Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role covers all tasks related to the F&B service across the hotel’s four outlets. This is a full‑time position, five days a week with two days off, and the starting date is estimated in May.
What you’ll do
- Serve food and beverage items to guests.
- Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience meets their expectations.
- Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
- Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
- Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re‑stock tableware and other supplies.
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass and silver prior to use.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you’ll need
- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
- A warm, people‑oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude.
- At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
- A safety‑first approach.
- Positive outlook and dependability.
- Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
