Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and structured F&B Manager to join our team at the property located in Mangia’s Brucoli Sicily Autograph Collection. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage department, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and guest satisfaction through strategic planning and daily supervision.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the master operational plan based on occupancy forecasts and group pricing
  • Lead daily afternoon briefings with department heads to align on service priorities and challenges
  • Foster a culture of belonging and motivation aligned with Mangia’s service philosophy
  • Ensure seamless interdepartmental communication to support operational flow
  • Supervise daily F&B operations, including staffing, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Monitor guest experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery
  • Initiate improvement projects to elevate quality and efficiency
  • Manage cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
  • Submit reports and performance updates to senior management
  • Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Implement upselling strategies and pricing policies to optimize revenue
  • Ensure documentation and licensing are up to date and aligned with internal processes


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in F&B management within upscale or luxury hospitality environments
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus
  • Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
