F&B Coordinator Intern

Job Overview We offer a comprehensive internship in the Food & Beverage department, providing full exposure to departmental management through hands‑on tasks and collaborative projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Preferably specialization course or Master
Job Functions
Menu engineering
Analysis and evaluation of food and beverage costs
Preparation of the monthly rota for the F&B departments
Management of F&B staff (coordination of departmental tasks and management of employee leave)
Management of the department's correspondence and the commitments of the F&B Director
Candidate selection activities for the F&B department in collaboration with Human Resources
Support to the F&B Director in job interviews
Support to the Human Resources office in organizing training activities
Hostess requisition
Implementation of a customer database system for F&B
Quotes and P.O.
Sourcing equipment for events
E‑mail Booking
CR (Central Reservation) – Phone bookings
Menu printing
ODS printing
Insertion and modification of items in Micros
F&B Manager Meeting Agenda
Voucher Creation
Required Skills
Polite, responsible, organized (capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time)
Precise and determined
Strong inclination for teamwork
Problem‑solving attitude
Flexibility in working hours
Spirit of collaboration
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
