We are looking for an Experienced Manager to strengthen our M&A team in Milan . You will lead and deliver high‑impact engagements, manage teams and build trusted relationships with clients across corporate and sponsor environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project teams in the delivery of M&A advisory services across: (i) buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, (ii) buy‑out/buy‑in advisory, (iii) financial modelling and LBO modelling, (iv) capital procurement and structuring, (v) market mapping and analysis of potential transactions, targets and investors, and (vi) development of client‑ready pitches and presentations;
  • Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, providing technical advice and proactively identifying opportunities to expand and deepen client impact;
  • Own engagement governance and administration, ensuring operational efficiency, quality and compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations;
  • Coach and develop team members, providing guidance, feedback and structure, while working under the supervision of Senior Managers and Partners.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Proven experience leading transaction workstreams in M&A advisory (buy‑side/sell‑side) and related deliverables;
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in financial modelling, including LBO and scenario/sensitivity analysis, with high attention to detail;
  • Solid understanding of capital structuring and procurement topics (debt/equity solutions, process management, investor dialogue);
  • Ability to conduct market and investor/target screening and synthesize findings into clear, decision‑useful insights;
  • Excellent communication and storylining skills to craft high‑quality pitches and presentations for senior stakeholders;
  • Strong project leadership, planning, prioritization and stakeholder management across multi‑disciplinary teams;
  • Commercial mindset and the ability to build trust with clients, creating follow‑on opportunities through excellence in delivery;
  • People leadership: coaching, developing and motivating teams in fast‑paced environments;
  • A good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language, as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
