Your key responsibilities

EY aims to strengthen its Strategy & Transactions team, specialized in supporting clients in the financial sector and investment funds. We are looking for Corporate Finance Senior Analysts and Managers.

• M&A negotiation and coordination
• Loan portfolio transactions
• Financial modelling
• Preparation of pitch decks featuring market analyses and assessments of selected potential targets
• Definition of market entry strategies

Skills we are looking for

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategy teams within leading consulting firms, banks, or financial boutiques
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for developing complex financial models
• Strong interest in M&A and financial markets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Teamwork-oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving attitude
• Agood knowledge of the Office suite and the English language, as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
