Role Description

The internship offers a unique opportunity for highly motivated, innovative and inspired individuals to work on challenging assignments where contribution, teamwork and communication are vital to the success of the organization. Interns will be assigned to the Italian Communication Department and will work on project‑oriented activities that are meaningful to the department and allow the intern to provide valuable contributions. Interns experience a sense of personal accomplishment and learn about the corporate business culture through work assignments and structured activities.


Main Activities

• Support the daily press review activities.

• Analyze the positioning of Stellantis brands compared to competitors and monitor press coverage.

• Support the program manager in organizational and secretarial activities related to events.

• Support the publication of press releases.

• Support the production of presentations.


Learning Objectives

• Gain exposure to internal and external communication activities within an international company.

• Develop skills in press review, media monitoring and brand positioning analysis.

• Strengthen organizational and presentation support capabilities.

• Learn about corporate business culture through hands‑on experience and structured activities.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (major in Digital Media, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism or Marketing is preferred).

• Able to work full‑time, 40 hours per week during the internship.

• Good knowledge of English; other languages are considered a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Behavioral Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and achieve goals in a fast‑paced environment.
