Who we are looking for
- Graduated from a business or HR program (Master), with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management.
- ️ Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and English.
- Proactive, empathetic and self‑motivated, ready for a role where every day brings a new challenge.
- Business‑oriented and people‑focused mindset. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll partner closely with managers to define recruitment needs, lead end‑to‑end hiring processes, and ensure the best match between candidates and teams.

As an IT Recruiter in Milan, you’ll play a key role in attracting and selecting the best talents to support our clients’ growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and interview top IT talents.
- Partner with business managers to understand their needs and ensure the perfect match between candidates and projects.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from the first contact to onboarding.
- Follow up with your consultants during their assignments and support them in their career growth at Extia.
- Work closely with our business teams to align recruitment strategies and market insights.
