First who
- Graduated from an engineering program with a business focus or a business school (Bachelor level), you have at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative.
- ️ You are fluent in Italian and English.

As a true entrepreneur within your agency in Milan, your mission will be to develop your own portfolio. You'll be fully responsible for your scope:
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect and acquire new clients. Identify their technical needs and propose tailor‑made consulting solutions.
- Recruitment: Identify and recruit the best talents (engineers, IT consultants, etc.) who will deliver on client projects.
- Management: Support and manage your team of consultants throughout their assignments and career paths at Extia.
