About the Position:
We are looking for an Export Trade Marketing Intern to join the Export Team in the Aftermarket Division, reporting directly to the Export Marketing Manager; this position is based at our office in Corbetta.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- On Sales Area Manager Request, ask Product Management for product information and provide feedback.
- Product Management range extension requests/code closure information shared with Sales Area Managers.
- Daily Check of RFQs (requests for quotation) proposed by Sales Area Managers, upload prices in SAP if agreed.
- Monthly product cost check and consequent price variation and upload in SAP for communication to customers.
- Monthly new product reference gross price list preparation and upload in SAP for communication to customers.
- Provide quarterly cost/price trend analysis and summary.
- Preparation of yearly shows, incentives, and gadgets in cooperation with AM Marketing Communication Dept.
- Monthly Export IG channel calendar check, local agency relations and agreement update together with AM Marketing Communication Dept.
- Continuous Trade Marketing budget file maintenance for sharing with Finance Dept.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced level).
- Availability to travel.
- Soft Skills: excellent communication and listening skills, ability to manage relationships with internal staff and external suppliers, flexibility/multitasking capabilities, business acumen, negotiation skills, organizational sensitivity, analytical skills.
- Interest in the automotive sector and the independent aftermarket.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
