Export Sales Manager

We are looking for a new colleagues to join the Berlin Packaging team – proactive, commercially driven professionals with a strong hunter mindset, eager to grow new business.

Your Role:

• Acquire new target clients and identify business opportunities in line with the company’s strategy.
• Expand our presence in geographical markets by identifying new growth areas.
• Build customer loyalty by ensuring excellent service.
• Participate in international trade fairs and client presentations to promote the brand and its products.

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least four years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time .
• Strong analytical skills for report preparation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
