Our client is an Italian Group that, thanks to over thirty years of experience in the production of PTFE tubes, has become a world leader in this sector, offering products dedicated to both the industrial and automotive fields and implementing a complete range that starts from tubes, silicone extrusions and gaskets.

To support their growth we are looking for a


Sales Export Manager – Tubes Division


a driven sales professional, with strong technical expertise in the tubes or fluid dynamics industry ,

to join Tubes Division, leading commercial growth and customer development

on both domestic and international markets.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will play a key role in defining and delivering the sales strategy, driving business performance, and strengthening long-term partnerships with clients and distributors.

What you’ll do:

  • Define sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring targets on volume, price, and margin are achieved.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from client engagement and negotiation to order management and after-sales follow-up.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Develop and retain key accounts while identifying new business opportunities with both distributors and OEMs.
  • Coordinate agents and subsidiaries for your business area, with a particular focus on Germany and continental Europe.
  • Monitor performance and take proactive actions to ensure continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial or sales roles within the tubes, fittings, or fluid dynamics sector.
  • A proven track record in both business development and key account management.
  • Strong technical understanding and consultative selling approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Team player, with the ability to thrive in a structured and international environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • German knowledge will be a plus

Education:

  • University degree or equivalent.
