Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for an Export Regulatory Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Export Regulatory Team, reporting to the Extra EU regulatory affairs Coordinators.

Such talent supports the whole export team for all the regulatory activities related to the global development and expansion of the KIKO brand in the existing and new markets all over the world.

In particular, you will:

• Be responsible of the technical and regulatory documentation archive of KIKO cosmetic products
• Prepare, check and manage the documents required to obtain the registration of KIKO cosmetic products in compliance with the local requirements of interested countries within the defined deadlines
• Be in contact with suppliers for specific requests according to the team's needs
• Be involved in the operative workflow of existing and the new openings
• Conduct investigation on new potential interesting markets

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor/Master of scientific academic specializations (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology...)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to re- priorities as required to meet deadlines, detail-oriented
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
