Export Operations Manager

BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxitc characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry.

We are currently looking for an Export Operations Manager that will mainly ensure:

• Manage the entire export process to international customers, ensuring punctuality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Plan export activities by coordinating timelines, product availability, country requirements, and customer specifications.
• Provide customer service support to foreign customers, ensuring clear communication, timely order updates, and effective management of requests.
• Coordinate with the Business Unit, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality departments to ensure proper product preparation and availability for shipment.
• Manage relationships with shippers, customs, and logistics partners, ensuring operational fluidity and compliance with GDP/GMP regulations and requirements for temperature-sensitive products.
• Prepare and keep export documentation up to date: certifications, authorizations, customs documents, and specifications required by various countries.
• Monitor the progress of shipments and support the resolution of any operational or documentary issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in export processes, introducing tools and KPIs to optimize efficiency and service quality.

Main Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Economics
• Experience in Export Operations, Export Customer Service, or Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical or regulated industries
• Excellent knowledge of export regulations and GDP/GMP requirements
• Familiarity with the management of temperature-sensitive products and related logistics requirements
• English fluent
• Strong organizational and communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
