Export Manager – ASSA ABLOY Group, Origgio, Italy

Responsibilities

• Manage key clients across various regions, reporting to the Sales Director.
• Act as the main point of contact for export‑related matters.
• Achieve revenue targets for Gate Automation and Indirect Channel business for Pedestrian Doors, including demand generation across all product categories.
• Establish and manage distribution channels, regularly reviewing performance and providing product knowledge to all stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting business objectives and brand‑building through promotional activities.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and coordinate with finance teams as needed.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis, providing accurate sales forecasts and budgeting insights.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of industry experience in electromechanical companies; experience in gate or door automation is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage commercial channels and negotiate effectively, with a high drive for results and ownership.
• Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Personal attributes: responsiveness, organization, resilience, energy, strong work ethic, time discipline, and integrity.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for product knowledge, market analysis, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
