The role will contribute to the development of selected international markets, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with distributors, brand owners, pharmaceutical companies, nutraceutical companies and healthcare partners.
The position will work closely with Management, Sales, R&D, Quality and Operations, supporting both commercial development and the coordination of market-entry requirements, including product, documentation and regulatory needs for selected countries.
- Develop and manage international business opportunities in selected target markets.
- Identify, qualify and approach potential B2B clients, distributors, brand owners and healthcare partners.
- Support the follow‑up of international leads generated through trade fairs, business meetings and inbound requests.
- Promote LARN’s CDMO capabilities, CORE LARN RTM PORTFOLIO and tailor‑made development services.
- Prepare commercial presentations, follow‑up documents and opportunity summaries in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage the international sales pipeline and provide regular updates to Management.
- Coordinate client needs related to product documentation, regulatory requirements and market‑entry conditions in selected countries.
- Work with R&D, Quality, Regulatory consultants and external partners to assess feasibility, documentation needs and product adaptation requirements.
- Support the collection and organization of technical, regulatory and commercial information needed for international projects.
- Monitor market requirements, product categories, competitors and relevant regulatory constraints in target countries.
- Act as a bridge between international clients and internal departments.
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Production, Purchasing and Management to ensure alignment between client requests, technical feasibility and production capabilities.
- Support the preparation of offers, project timelines and internal feasibility assessments.
- Contribute to a structured and measurable international business development process.
- Degree in Business, Economics, International Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or related fields.
- Previous experience in export, international sales or business development in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, food supplements, healthcare, cosmetics, ingredients or CDMO/private label environments.
- Strong B2B commercial attitude and ability to manage complex sales processes.
- Good understanding of regulated or semi‑regulated product categories.
- Ability to coordinate technical, regulatory and commercial information.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Additional languages are considered a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and operational teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Practical, structured and execution‑oriented mindset.
