Export Manager

NEXION S.p.A. , world leader in equipment for tire dealers and automotive workshops, is looking for a dynamic Export Area Manager to join the team of one of its historic brands based in the Correggio (RE) area, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the sales and margin budget within the assigned area
• Management and development of distributors and partners operating in the territory
• Sales activities, technical consulting and customer support in assigned markets
• Development of new partnerships and customer accounts to increase business volume
• Identification and appointment of new distributors to strengthen and complete the distribution network
• Continuous monitoring of market and product knowledge, providing structured feedback on market trends, pricing, competitors, and win/loss analysis
• Product presentations (both verbal and written)
• Identification of new product introduction and business development opportunities to penetrate existing and new markets
• Development of business relationships with new direct prospects
• Support in user acceptance phases during project implementation at customer sites
• Regular customer visits

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven track record in developing new business and managing customers within the machinery/mechanical sector
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective commercial solutions
• Strong enthusiasm and determination, combined with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach
• Self-motivated and well-organized, able to work independently in a geographically dispersed role
• Ambitious and career-driven, with the willingness to take on increasing responsibility
• Availability to travel up to 50% within the assigned area
• Fluency in English and at least one additional major foreign language (French is considered a strong asset)
• Previous experience in a similar role, even if limited in duration
