EXPORT AREA SALES MANAGER

Bossini SpA, a well-established and solid Italian company operating in the faucets and shower systems industry , is strengthening its international commercial structure and is looking for an Export Area Sales Manager .
Reporting directly to the Commercial & Marketing Management , the role will be responsible for developing international markets, expanding the distributor network and driving sustainable growth in assigned countries.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand international markets within the assigned geographical area
• Identify, negotiate and manage direct agents , importers and distributors
• Build long-term partnerships and structure effective distribution networks
• Achieve sales targets in terms of turnover, margins and market penetration
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the assigned area
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts and commercial agreements
• Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing Management on commercial strategies
• Ensure structured sales analysis and reporting by country/market
• In cooperation with the Technical Department, support product training for distributors and partners
Skills & Competencies
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of a second language
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Strong autonomy, strategic mindset and cross-cultural awareness
