Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Area Manager with strong commercial and marketing skills and full responsibility for managing a portfolio of brands across both sales and marketing activities in the assigned territories. The role requires ensuring commercial growth as well as safeguarding and developing the brand’s image, positioning, and market performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor sell-in/sell-out, pricing, promotions, and market penetration of the brand.
  • Manage and grow the assigned brand’s sales performance in the area, ensuring revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for the brand, tailored to each market.
  • Support the launch and scaling of new products.


Reporting & Coordination: to the Commercial Director

  • Provide regular reports on brand performance, sales results, marketing activities, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Deliver market feedback, business recommendations, and market insights directly to the Commercial Director.
  • Collaborate closely with the other departments to ensure flawless execution.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field, with experience in the Spirits or Beverage sector.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roles with P&L responsibility, area management, or brand management (FMCG, beverage, luxury, or consumer goods preferred).
  • English is a must, Italian is a pre, and one additional major language is required (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, or other languages)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
  • Full-time availability.
