What You’ll Build
As a Technical Services Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, technical landscapes, and transformation challenges. You will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to support their adoption of SAP cloud solutions and ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a trusted advisor for customers throughout their SAP cloud transformation journey.
- Assessing customer SAP landscapes and identifying opportunities to optimize performance, availability, and scalability.
- Supporting customers in overcoming technical and operational challenges related to cloud adoption.
- Recommending tailored SAP Enterprise Cloud Services solutions aligned with business requirements and transformation goals.
- Collaborating with SAP teams and partners to deliver successful customer engagements.
- Designing and validating optimal technical architectures and configurations.
- Ensuring smooth transitions to cloud-based environments through proactive planning and risk mitigation.
- Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues and driving resolution.
- Building strong customer relationships and contributing to long‑term customer success and satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong expertise in SAP technologies and products, particularly SAP Basis, SAP HANA, or SAP S/4HANA.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion approaches, migration methodologies, and related tools.
- Experience with SAP HANA administration and technical architecture.
- Solid knowledge of hyperscaler cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures.
- Knowledge of networking and virtualization technologies, including load balancers and virtual machines.
- Proven experience in the planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions.
- Strong consulting background with a focus on customer engagement, stakeholder management, and service excellence.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Additional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership experience leading cross‑functional teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving projects to successful delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture. The target range for this position is €70,600 – €140,200 (annualized). The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. SAP provides the annualized compensation range, which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role.
