About The Role
We are looking for a passionate expert to manage auctions for our Italian markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent commercial skills, have a network within the stamps industry, be autonomous, and a quick thinker who is passionate about the field.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and arrange lots submitted by our users, creating attractive lot listings every week.
- Review lot titles, descriptions, and pictures, providing users with an estimated value based on this information; reject submissions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain transparency and fairness in user transactions, upholding high standards of auction quality.
- Keep your auction interesting by working with our sales department to attract new sellers and diversify the lot selection.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to increase potential bidder attention at your auction.
What You’ll Bring
- A passion and expertise for stamps and a strong understanding of the market.
- Excellent commercial skills and a proven track record of successful negotiation and relationship‑building.
- Ability to work autonomously and think quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good computer skills.
- Good command of the English language.
Nice to haves
- Solid knowledge of Italian & European stamps.
- Business experience (sales, marketing, project management, stamps dealer).
