Expert Software Architect – Microsoft 365 & Azure

For the Group’s business unit dedicated to helping organisations design and implement AI-ready data ecosystems capable of translating business strategy into scalable, well-managed and high-impact solutions, we are looking for aExpert Software Architect – Microsoft 365 & Azure with proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions.

You will play a key role in complex initiatives involving application modernization, cloud migration, business process automation, and AI-enabled workplace solutions , acting as a technical and architectural reference point for medium and large clients across both public and private sectors.

The ideal candidate combines strong architectural vision with hands‑on delivery experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise integration , and is comfortable leading structured development teams while designing secure, scalable, and business‑oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise solutions based on Microsoft 365 , including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Define cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure , leveraging both IaaS and PaaS services
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and support analysis, solution design, and delivery governance
• Lead modernization and reengineering initiatives , moving legacy applications toward modern web and cloud‑native architectures
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps
• Automate business processes and integrate enterprise systems through Power Platform and Azure services
• Design solutions that incorporate Generative AI capabilities through Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Contribute to the governance, security, and compliance of the solutions delivered

This position isbased in Rome with ahybrid smart working model.

Requisiti

What We Are Looking For

• Several years of experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Developer in Microsoft environments
• Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server
• Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Good understanding of architectural best practices, integration patterns, and design patterns
• Proven experience leading and coordinating technical teams
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and results orientation
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders in collaborative environments

Salary will be assessed based on experience.
