Expert in Earth Observation Remote Sensing

Randstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting an Expert in Earth Observation Remote Sensing for a high-profile aerospace client based in Frascati (RM).

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join a prestigious international environment. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in satellite data, preferably with a specific focus on urban-related applications.

Key Responsibilities

• manage some specific ongoing projects;
• support the review of projects' deliverables (documents, results);
• review of relevant international and European policies;
• development of communication material to effectively disseminate project outcomes and progress;
• provision of projects' status updates for ESA Quarterly formal reports;
• Support the evaluation of project proposals, offering expert recommendations based on technical and strategic criteria.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Master’s degree in Remote Sensing, Geospatial Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Earth Observation (EO).
• Specialization: Experience or strong preference for urban-related applications .

Technical & Soft Skills

• Analytical Excellence: Strong ability to synthesize complex data and technical information into clear insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in preparing formal reports and presentations.

Contract Details

The successful candidate will be offered a 6 month fixed-term contract (June 1st, 2026 – December 31st, 2026), alongside a very competitive salary package commensurate with skills and experience.
