Your Responsibilities
- Customer service and consulting to strengthen long-term relationships
- Management of customer accounts, including complaint and receivables management
- Support in acquiring new customers and preparing and finalizing offers
- Market analysis and strategic expansion of the country network
- Handle pallet voucher for customer and retail
- Collaboration with sales and project management to develop innovative solutions
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales - ideally in logistics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, assertive manner
- High level of customer and service orientation as well as solution-oriented thinking
- Business fluent Italian, both written and spoken, good English skills
- Structured, independent way of working and ability to work in a team with intercultural competence
