We are looking for an IT Business Engagement & Compliance Project Specialist to join our BE Project Management & Compliance team. The role supports business initiatives by ensuring that all IT-related project activities are effectively planned, executed, monitored and compliant with corporate and regulatory standards.
As part of a IT team, you will act in connection with business functions, coordinating IT deliverables within projects, overseeing compliance aspects, and contributing to project reporting and stakeholder communication.
Your role- Coordinate and manage IT-related activities within business initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and issues related to IT activities, ensuring proper governance and escalation where needed.
- Oversee IT provisioning processes, including access setup, environments, and technical enablement.
- Ensure alignment with IT compliance, data protection, and security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and external project teams, focusing on IT deliverables and ensuring consistency with internal policy and standards.
- Participate in project meetings with business stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on IT components.
- Support Business Engagement Leads in preparing documentation, project reports, and stakeholder communications.
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Previous experience in project management, IT governance, or compliance roles.
- Working knowledge of IT processes (ITIL, service management, change management) and project management methodology (Prince2, PMP).
- Proficiency in collaboration and tracking tools (Suite Office, ServiceNow).
