As an Italian Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the main ambassador for our brand, delivering high-touch assistance to our Italian-speaking clients. Your daily responsibilities will include: Inbound Customer Communication:
Handling client queries across multiple channels—including incoming telephone calls, emails, and live web chat— with empathy and efficiency. Technical & Account Problem Solving:
Patiently pinpointing user difficulties, troubleshooting account inquiries, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions. Database & Support Logging:
Maintaining detailed records of user interactions, feedback, and open support tickets inside our central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Product Knowledge Mastery:
Keeping fully updated on operational procedures, software features, and help tools to provide accurate and effective support. Service Metric Alignment:
Consistently meeting or exceeding your individual key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining our high service quality standards. Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Language Abilities
Italian:
Excellent, fluent mastery in both written and spoken formats. English:
Professional working proficiency (B2 level or higher) to coordinate effectively with international team members and corporate leadership. Essential Competencies
