Core Daily Duties & Expectations As an Italian Customer Care Specialist, you will act as a primary representative for our brand, delivering high-quality service to our Italian-speaking customer base. Your day-to-day workflow will center around:
Omnichannel Support:
Handling user inquiries professionally and efficiently across incoming phone calls, email channels, and real-time live web chat.
Troubleshooting & Technical Guidance:
Methodically diagnosing account questions, technical issues, and service inquiries, walking customers step-by-step toward complete resolutions.
CRM Data Entry & Tracking:
Documenting clear, precise records of client communications, feedback, and open issue tickets within our centralized CRM system.
Product Knowledge Mastery:
Maintaining a deep understanding of software updates, internal policies, and diagnostic tools to offer accurate and reliable support.
Key Performance Alignment:
Consistently meeting or exceeding your assigned individual metrics (KPIs) while preserving our high standards of service quality.
Candidate Qualifications & Profile Language Skills
Italian:
Excellent, fluent command across both spoken and written communication.
English:
Upper-intermediate working proficiency (B2 level or higher) for clear coordination with internal management and global team members.

Compensation Packages & Accommodation Plans We offer two customized salary packages tailored to how you prefer to handle your living arrangements in Lisbon:
Package Option A (Self-Arranged Accommodation):
A gross monthly salary of
€1,340
if you choose to find, secure, and fund your own apartment.
Package Option B (Company-Managed Lodging):
A gross monthly salary of
€1,060
paired with dedicated corporate housing.
