We are looking for high-energy, customer-focused individuals to join our collaborative, international workforce located right in Lisbon! Primary Daily Duties & Responsibilities
As an Italian Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the main ambassador for our brand, delivering high-touch assistance to our Italian-speaking clients. Your daily responsibilities will include: Inbound Customer Communication: Handling client queries across multiple channels—including incoming telephone calls, emails, and live web chat with empathy and efficiency. Technical & Account Problem Solving: Patiently pinpointing user difficulties, troubleshooting account inquiries, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions. Database & Support Logging: Maintaining detailed records of user interactions, feedback, and open support tickets inside our central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Product Knowledge Mastery: Keeping fully updated on operational procedures, software features, and help tools to provide accurate and effective support. Service Metric Alignment: Consistently meeting or exceeding your individual key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining our high service quality standards. Language Abilities
Italian: Excellent, fluent mastery in both written and spoken formats. English: Professional working proficiency (B2 level or higher) to coordinate effectively with international team members and corporate leadership. Essential Competencies
Interpersonal Strengths: Superior verbal and written communication skills, active listening habits, and a genuine passion for customer care. Digital Literacy: The ability to navigate multiple computer tools, web platforms, and helpdesk databases simultaneously. Adaptability: A positive approach to working in a fast-paced environment with rotating shift schedules. Right to Work: EU citizenship or a valid full-time work permit that allows you to work legally in Portugal. Compensation Packages & Accommodation Choices
Package Option A (Self-Arranged Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you choose to find, secure, and pay for your own lodging in Lisbon. Package Option B (Company-Provided Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with company-managed accommodation. Relocation Support & Employee Benefits
Flight Reimbursement: Complete financial coverage for your airfare to Lisbon to make your relocation process completely seamless. Corporate Lodging: A private bedroom inside a shared company-leased apartment (for employees who select Option B).
