Expeditor

UTM Consultants are looking for an Expeditor in Milan to be involved in expediting activities in support of several EPC projects and working operationally in collaboration with internal functions.

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering background (Bachelor is preferred) or equivalent by experience

• Experience in Static Equipment and/or packages, fabrication processes.

Desired knowledge:

• Previous experience in ECP projects in similar role
• Desk expediting knowledge and ERP tools
• Solid Microsoft office (package) experience
• Familiar with VDL review cycle, roles and responsibilities
• Understanding of production cycles
• Ability to analyse production planning with varying detail level
• Contractual understanding
• Understanding of priorities
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written.
