Expediting Specialist Internship

We are looking for an expediting specialist to support IVECO Group Parts Operations team for managing and monitoring the procurement and delivery activities of parts and components, ensuring that timelines are met to support operational and production continuity. This role works closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to identify and resolve delays or issues within the supply chain.

Main activities include:

• Monitor the status of parts and component orders, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
• Interface with suppliers and logistics partners to expedite urgent shipments or resolve delivery issues.
• Analyze data and reports to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement actions.
• Collaborate with planning, purchasing, and warehouse teams to align supply with demand.
• Manage priorities based on operational urgency and internal customer needs.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Supply Chain Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
