A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Electronics Division, we are looking for a **supplier management officer** for our offices in **Fusaro (Naples)** and **Campi Bisenzio (Florence)**.The person we identify will be included in the **Expediting** team within the scope of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Governance, with the aim of strengthening oversight of active orders towards our supplier chain.**The person will be responsible for the following activities:*** Monitor the fulfillment of active orders towards a specific package of assigned suppliers, in terms of OTD (On Time Delivery) and OI (Overdue Index), measuring their performance and acting to improve the result.* Daily updating of information received from suppliers on the IT systems available to the function.* Participation in internal and external progress meetings to receive and provide updates on the fulfillment status of orders from reference suppliers.* Periodically visit reference suppliers for on-site monitoring of the actual SAL (progress statuses) of parts on order.* Relationships with the UOs responsible for Planning and Production Control of the various sites and Supplier Development, in order to identify the main critical issues encountered on the field that impact/could impact the production process in terms of missing materials.* Based on the two previous elements, identify the perimeter of suppliers on which to activate targeted evaluations and promote medium-term action plans to remove the root causes of the critical issues encountered.* Reporting to management of the analysis of measured results;
* Participation in thecontinuous improvement process (process improvement);
**Education:**Three-year/master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics or related disciplines.**Required experience level:**Expert (2-5 years of experience)**Skills and technical knowledge:*** Knowledge of the basic principles of Supply Chain Management, purchase orders, delivery plans, framework agreements, scheduling, supply lead times, contractual dates and rescheduling, incoterms and transport and delivery management.* Knowledge of the basic principles of Supply Chain Collaboration and at least theoretical knowledge of application tools for the operational management of relations with suppliers (management of quantity and delivery date replanning, shipping notices, etc.).* Knowledge of production master data, production bills and main technical/management parameters that guide the production/purchase policies of a material in the bill.* Familiarity with the concepts of production planning and operational scheduling, machine and processing department load analysis, finite capacity scheduling techniques.* Knowledge of the Material Requirement Planning algorithm and its operational application.* Knowledge of industrial logistics understood as the set of material flows within a production plant, through warehouses, testing departments and production departments, up to the final delivery of the finished product and its relative shipment to the Customer.* Familiarity with the management of Supply Chain data and related KPIs for the purpose of monitoring process performance and implementing appropriate improvement actions, at least in the perimeter of Planning and Logistics.* Basic knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, such as SAP.* Basic knowledge of Project Management techniques.**A plus:*** Previous work experience in Supply Chain, possibly having interfaced with external suppliers.* Basic knowledge of Supply Chain concepts, with particular reference to aspects related to material procurement.**Behavioral skills:*** Proactivity* Adaptability/Flexibility* Teamwork* Problem Solving* Effective communication* Organized and systematic approach to synthesis (reporting) through the ability to process and interpret a large number of data.**Language skills:*** Good knowledge of written and spoken English, minimum level B2 written, B1 spoken.**Computer skills:*** Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and possibly Access.* Knowledge of SAP applications and ERP systems (MM and PP).* Supply Chain Collaboration tools.**Other (e.G., availability for travel/specific certifications required…):**Availability for short trips, especially national, in order to visit external companies currently part of the qualified supplier base or candidates to be (scouting).***We look forward to your application:*** *send us your CV within **three weeks** of the job advertisement opening.****How does the selection process work?****After collecting applications, CVs that are most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.**Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude-based, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.**At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.****Involvement**, **enhancement of skills**, care for **people's well-being** and **safety** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.**We are committed every day to fostering an **inclusive and stimulating** work environment, actively promoting the principles of **inclusion, equity, and valorization of diversity**.**What do we offer?** **Fixed remuneration** commensurate with the experience and level of the selected person, accompanied by **bonuses** linked to business results;
