Expansion / Real Estate Director

Overview

We are looking for a Director of Expansion & Real Estate to lead the growth of an international fashion brand in Southwest Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the expansion and real estate strategy across the region.
• Lead strategic planning for store openings, relocations, and portfolio optimization.
• Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and franchise deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with corporate standards.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage key relationships with landlords, brokers, and consultants to access relevant market information.
• Analyze portfolio data to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategic expansion and real estate leadership within retail, with deep knowledge of the Southwest Europe market.
• Proven track record in high-impact lease negotiations and complex portfolio management.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic vision, and executive-level communication skills.
• Established network in the retail real estate sector.
• Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages considered a plus.
