Exhibition & Client Engagement Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and articulate person to support us at Salone del Mobile 2026

Officine Saffi Lab is looking for an exhibition and client engagement assistant to support us at our stand during the fair (21–26 April 2026).

The role involves:

– Presenting our work and projects to visitors

– Engaging with architects, designers, press and potential clients

– Collecting contacts and initiating conversations that may develop into concrete business opportunities

We’re looking for someone who is:

– Confident in communication (Italian & English required)

– Interested in design, architecture, and material research

– Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment

This is a short-term collaboration for the duration of the fair, based in Milan.

From 21 April 2026 to 26 April 2026,

Compensation: fixed fee of €780 + bonus based on business opportunities generated from contacts established during the fair
