Executive Secretary
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's schedule and appointments, coordinating meetings and travel.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, filtering communications based on priority.
- Organize and maintain company archives and documents.
- Coordinate company events and meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and company information.
- Payments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or degree in related fields.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of English, French, Spanish, Portuguese.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
