We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to oversee the development and execution of scripted HBO original productions in Italy. The role involves managing projects from early development through final delivery, including budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to ensure efficient production that meets HBO's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop preliminary production schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with the legal department on contracts and monitor deal progress.
• Support project green-lighting processes.
• Supervise budgets and schedules across all production phases.
• Collaborate with the production accountant and legal counsel.
• Work with Network Operations on technical requirements and formats.
• Provide local production knowledge to HBO teams.
• Assist other departments with budget, schedule, and delivery information.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience as a Line Producer or Production Manager in television series and/or feature films.
• Understanding of various workflows in a busy production environment.
• Proven ability to develop and supervise production schedules and budgets.
• Experience managing pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
• Knowledge of the local media industry, key players, and suppliers.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
