Borgo Santo Pietro Lifestyle Group · Firenze, Toscana, Italia ·

Descrizione dell'offerta

Borgo Lifestyle Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a strong international presence in the luxury lifestyle industry. Our growth is fueled by a passion for creativity and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

We are seeking an Executive & Lifestyle Assistant to support our Creative Director & Owner. This is not a standard administrative role: we are looking for someone resourceful, highly organized, and discreet, with the persistence to see things through and the sensitivity to operate effectively in a creative and fast-paced environment.

This person will act as the Creative Director’s right hand — a trusted partner who anticipates needs, keeps projects and schedules on track, and ensures seamless coordination across business and personal matters.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Creative Director on a one-to-one basis across business and personal responsibilities.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and complex travel arrangements with foresight and precision.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Creative Director and internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Support the execution of creative projects by ensuring timelines and logistics are well managed.
  • Research products and materials to support interior design/hospitality projects and Seed to Skin product development.
  • Source and secure the best international suppliers and manufacturers for interiors, lifestyle products, and skincare packaging/components.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a senior leader in a luxury, lifestyle, or creative field.
  • Fluent in English; Italian or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Tech savvy (Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related tools).
  • Holds a valid driving license and available for occasional travel.

What we offer

  • Full-time contract based in Florence.
  • Start date: as soon as possible.
  • A rare opportunity to work side by side with the Creative Director of one of Italy’s most innovative lifestyle groups, within an inspiring international environment.
