Executive Associate to Founder & Artistic Director
This is not an assistant role.
This is a strategic support role alongside Gabriele Rizzi - Founder, Artistic Director, and Creative Strategist in international entertainment and experiential design. It calls for sharp intelligence, organization and structure, quick thinking, discretion, and creative insight.

You will act as the operational extension of a globally active creative artist — across strategy, production, logistics, communication, and key decisions.
Scope of Responsibility
- Act as strategic right hand: filter information, manage priorities, protect executive focus.
- Structure and lead projects across artistic, operational, and business areas.
Handle communications, contracts, and international stakeholders with precision.
- Coordinate complex global travel, production logistics, and executive commitments.
- Build and refine systems for workflows, documentation, reporting, and automation.
- Perform advanced research and prepare executive briefs for strategic decisions.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and progress on multiple initiatives.
- Anticipate needs and act proactively.

Required Profile
- 5+ years experience supporting a founder/CEO/Artistic Director
- Proven track record in discreet, complex environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong operational skills and systems thinking.
- Emotional intelligence, composure, and executive presence.
- Ownership mindset—accountable beyond assigned tasks.
