This is a rare and prestigious opportunity for an individual who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and is eager to play a key role in shaping the day-to-day effectiveness of a visionary leader.

This role goes beyond the traditional Executive Assistant remit. As the CEO’s trusted partner, you will act as a business gatekeeper, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and supporting both operational and strategic projects. You will have direct exposure to high-level commercial activities, board-level stakeholders, and international decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including complex calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO with professionalism, discretion, and authority.
  • Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO’s office, prioritising requests and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the CEO in preparing for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic reviews.
  • Oversee and contribute to cross-functional projects, often coordinating with senior business leaders across commercial, operations, and brand functions.
  • Anticipate business needs, providing proactive insight and solutions to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as a cultural ambassador for the CEO’s office.
  • Coordinate and manage high-profile events, internal communications, and special projects as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant, Project Management, Events Management, or Business Operations role, ideally within a global or fast-paced organisation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and anticipate business needs.
  • Excellent academic and professional background, demonstrating intellectual agility and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at C-suite and board level.
  • High energy, extroverted personality combined with absolute professionalism and discretion.
  • Native-level or fluent English; French highly desirable; Italian is not required.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible and resilient, with a solutions-driven mindset.

Additional Information

  • This role is based full-time at the Milan global headquarters.
  • The company offers relocation support and welcomes international candidates; however, an EU passport is strongly preferred to streamline the work visa process.
  • This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain unparalleled exposure to the commercial and strategic decision-making of a global luxury powerhouse.
