The Role
We are looking for a senior Executive Assistant to the CEO who will act as a close business partner and extension of the CEO in daily operations, coordination and execution. This role combines top-level executive support with hands-on, “chief-of-staff style” responsibilities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial fintech environment.
What you will do
• Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel and priorities, ensuring focus on high-impact activities.
• Prepare briefings, materials and follow-ups for key meetings with investors, partners, clients and internal leaders.
• Act as a central coordination point between the CEO and business heads (Product/Tech, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Marketing/Comms, Legal/Compliance, Finance, HR).
• Track strategic projects and KPIs across the group, consolidating updates and highlighting risks, delays and next steps.
• Support preparation of presentations and documents for Board, investors, banks and strategic partners.
• Help manage relationships with investors, institutions, startups/SMEs and media, together with the CEO and comms team.
• Handle highly confidential information with maximum discretion and ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
What we are looking for
• 3–7 years of experience in executive support to C-levels, chief-of-staff, investment banking, consulting or similar execution-heavy roles.
• Strong understanding or interest in financial markets, asset management and/or fintech.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• High integrity, reliability and strict confidentiality.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
What we offer
• Senior role reporting directly to the CEO, with exposure to strategic topics across the group.
• Fixed compensation: 50,000 EUR gross per year.
• Annual performance bonus linked to clear, measurable objectives.
• Equity component (shares / equity incentive) aligned to medium–long term value creation.
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment at the crossroads of fintech, markets and media.
