Description

We’re looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two members of our executive team – our Founder and another core member.

Executive Support

  • Provide proactive and strategic diary and time management for the Founder and another core member
  • Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation and visas
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas and organise minutes where required
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and advisor, helping executives focus on what matters most

Team & Event Support

  • Assist with planning and organising internal and external events
  • Help coordinate team off‑sites and important meetings
  • Support the wider office team with ad‑hoc administrative and logistical tasks

Personal Support

  • Occasionally assist executives with ad‑hoc personal errands to optimise their schedules and efficiency

About You

  • Experience supporting C‑suite executives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environment
  • Advanced organisational and time‑management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluent in both English and Italian, and an excellent communicator able to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
  • Flexible with working hours, comfortable collaborating across time zones, and highly skilled in managing complex travel arrangements
  • Background in booking complex business travel
  • Highly efficient, resourceful and solutions‑oriented
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of stakeholders
  • High levels of ownership and accountability; put team before own interests and enjoy being part of a highly collaborative team
  • Excited by the opportunity to travel to London around once a month (excluding summer) to build connections, stay close to the heart of the business and immerse yourself in an international environment
  • Strong proficiency with G‑Suite, Slack, TravelPerk and macOS
  • Able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously

We’d be extra excited if you have

  • Experience assisting with internal and external event organisation
  • Fluency in Italian
