First LLC is an agency that manages LinkedIn & email marketing campaigns on behalf of its clients. While we serve clients worldwide, we have built a strong presence in Southern Europe, especially Italy, where we work with leading and high-profile startups.


By joining First LLC, you will be responsible for key operational activities that ensure the success of the campaigns and the satisfaction of our clients.


Responsibilities


Inbox management

  • Manage incoming emails and LinkedIn messages on behalf of our clients.
  • Respond in a professional and friendly manner to questions, objections, and requests


Appointment setting

  • Schedule meetings in clients’ calendars when a prospect shows interest.
  • Keep the contact list up to date and handle follow-ups with accuracy.


Administrative excellence

  • Enter data and update reports in Excel and Airtable.
  • Provide support in software management and communication with vendors.


Practical Details

  • Full-time job, 100% remote.
  • Working hours 9:00–18:00 Albanian time, Monday to Friday. Weekends off.
  • NET compensation between €1000 and €1500 per month, depending on experience.
  • Required: laptop, camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
  • Mandatory working proficiency of Italian and English
  • Salary review every 4 months, with potential promotion to “Campaign Manager.”
  • Note: Since the company is based in the United States, we can’t hire directly. We suggest that you open a partita IVA (in Italy) or your country's equivalent. We would cover all pension and tax contributions.
