The role

As an Executive Assistant , you will report directly to the CEO , providing high-level support to the executive team. You will manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure efficient execution of meetings and initiatives, maintaining organization and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Team by managing calendars, prioritizing and coordinating meetings, appointments and events.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes
• Act as the primary interface between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely and professional communication.
• Organize business travel for executives, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reimbursements.

Requirements

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.
