Key Responsibilities
- Provide highlevel executive support to the President of International Sales, acting as a trusted partner and integral extension of the executive office.
- Lead followup on actions, decisions, and deliverables stemming from business meetings, leadership forums, and crossregional reviews to ensure timely execution and alignment.
- Prepare, edit, and format executivelevel presentations, reports, business reviews, and meeting materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and manage complex, highvolume calendars; schedule leadership meetings, QBRs, business reviews, and internal/external stakeholder sessions.
- Organize and prepare agendas, capture key points, and ensure followthrough across International Sales and relevant corporate functions.
- Validate and distribute business data, dashboards, and supporting materials across Regions and Areas.
- Manage international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for the President.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Support internal communications across International Sales, ensuring smooth information flow between HQ, the President’s office, and regional teams.
- Operate effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across multiple time zones.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and represent the executive office with professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a Sales or international/matrixed environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities, assess urgency, and operate with calm efficiency in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience tracking actions, driving followup, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated discretion and judgment when handling confidential information.
- Previous experience with event coordination, travel planning, or business operations support is an advantage.
